Hurricane Rita

Well... lookie there... if it isn't AMANDA!!! She is greeted at the door by Mr. Fuggs and Pugitta (for proper pug inspection, of course).

In order to get past pug security, and to grant access into the house, The Pugs have to approve at least one "qualifed" gift product. Amanda reaches into her cooler for just such a product, under the watchful eye of The Pugs.

TA-DA!!! Our day has been SAVED!! JUST as we were chomping on the last bag of Beef Jerky, Amanda has come to save the day!!

But what's this? Mr. Fuggs thinks there is more to this cooler than meets the eye...

... and there IS!! MORE BEER!! I guess our beer counter will be going up another 13 beers tonight! whoo hooo!!

The Waz tries to lay on his "smooth operator/criminal" moves and impresses Amanda with his manly XBOX gaming skills.

His charms seem to work... as he quickly assumes his "sly dog/massive attack/slick willie" move by moving to the couch that Amanda is on while she is distracted by the XBOX game!

The Waz gets up to get yet ANOTHER beer, but his lack of fashion and stlye betray him... as his non-belt pants fall.

Shane, Paul, and Faberge FINALLY return from their trip... they found BLACK GOLD -- TEXAS TEA -- BEEF JERKY AND BEER!!!!

They also found a Taco Bell that was open. The line went around the block, so it's no wonder why they were delayed for hours!!

Faberge and Paul are all over those tacos like ugly on a Baldwin brother!

The Waz, still wanting to impress Amanda with his manly prowess, practices his kissing moves on a Taco Supreme! Yes ladies... this is exactly what it looks like when you're kissing The Waz.

Since our WATER (not coffee) containers are of little use to us now (especially after my drum solo) we use them as a display rack for some of the remaining jerky treats and various meat products. It's odd, though... that the long sticks make no mention at all of "beef" or "meat" of any kind. I wonder what those sticks are made of?

In case his efforts with Amanda fail (which they will -- we have 5-to-1 Jerky odds riding on it) there has been a loser/dunce chair set up outside for The Waz.
