Monday. Still no power. Shane comforts Pugitta.

DSC_0082.JPG

CJ. What's she thinking? Who knows?

IT'S BAT PUG!!!

DSC_0085.JPG

Since Mr. Fuggs looks dejected Shane gives him some attention.

This is what David sees. Pretty. :)

This is what CJ sees. SCARY!!!

Jabba da Pug.

To dry out the iPhone I place it in a container of baking soda and rice to extract the water.

DSC_0097.JPG

My Casio camera goes in a bag of rice. The iPhone and Casio do not make it out alive. :(

Shane reviews his breakfast selection before heading back home (as of Sunday, September 21, he still doesn't have power there).

The Waz and Faberge got electricity back... so we head off to their apartment.

Big screen TV. A must-have in any bachelor pad.

A view from Faberge's apartment.

CJ makes a hat while we wait.

A view of the moon and clouds back home at night.

Another moon shot.

DSC_0109.JPG

Shot at 1:25 am, Tuesday, September 16. The Nikon D90 does very well in low light situations.

DSC_0110.JPG

Here is another shot taken by the Nikon D90 -- nothing but moonlight (no flash).

DSC_0111.JPG

Here is an example of what the Nikon D90 can do. This shot is only illuminated by the moon, yet the Nikon picks up a LOT of detail. (see next shot)

This is the previous shot with only one minor adjustment to lighten it up. Remember -- this shot was taken with ONLY moonlight. Great detail picked up by the camera... looks like it was shot in natural sunlight.

Here is the shot of CJ and me in the moonlight with one minor adjustment to brighten up the photo. We're a bit blurry because the shutter on the camera had to be open for a few seconds to capture the shot. Amazing. :)
